The Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam (LTTE) thwarted an attack planned by the Sri Lankan Security forces (SF), deep penetration unit (DPU) in the Liberation Tigers of Tamileelam (LTTE) controlled area in Vanni on Friday. LTTE thwarted the planned attack of the DPU and captured 2 dead bodies of the DPU, according to the sources in Vanni.
The LTTE planning to hand over the dead bodies to ICRC officials to transport the bodies back to the SF.
